[^1]: Warranty not transferable to subsequent vehicle owners. Only valid on new body parts installed and labour performed at CarrXpert Port Hawkesbury Collision Centre. All parts, other than body parts, are subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranties. Customer must provide original invoice for repair in question. Claims made under this warranty must be submitted to CarrXpert Port Hawkesbury Collision Centre, who may require an inspection of the repair in question to ascertain claim eligibility. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by rust or normal vehicle aging, improper treatment or abuse, chemical deposits, pollution, or damage as a result of subsequent collision or vandalism. Warranty claim amount cannot exceed the initial amount of the original repair.
